Job Title: Junior Planning Engineer / 4-D Simulation (BIM) Engineer

Project: Qatari Diar - Nile Corniche Project

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and tracking projects Master/Baseline Schedules, Cost and Resource loading using

P6.

• Generation of Monthly/Weekly/Daily reports and updates on all disciplines including analysis

reports, S-curve, narrative reports and histograms for client & management review.

Responsible for doing all tender programmes which would include the following: Detailed bar chart programmes, resource histograms, crane hook time studies, formwork requirements, scaffold requirements, staffing requirements, plant requirements.

1. Responsible for all structural elements
2. Quantity surveying for all structural elements.

1. Responsible for all structural, architecture elements and shop drawings.
2. Quantity surveying for all structural elements.
3. Civil works handing over to consultant via inspections.
4. Make B.O.Q for some items. 

1. -Make all updates on project and make accurate analysis from these updates.
2. -Prepare daily reports for project    
3. -Prepare weekly follow-up reports.
4. -Prepare all monthly reports.
5. Prepare to progress meeting reports and attend them with consultant.
6. -Follow all progress logs.
7. -Issue a recovery Schedule for adjustment delay.
8. -Issue a complete claim for time extension (after coordination with planning Manger)
9. -Issue an internal program for project.
