Our client is one of the UK’s leading interiors main contractors specialising in both commercial and high spec residential projects. Together, we are actively looking for an experienced Construction Planner to work on high spec residential and refurb projects (£5mil-15mil) from their Central London based HQ.
You will work on both pre-tender planning and on live jobs. The position will be largely office based with regular site visits in Zones 1 & 2, London. All reporting and planning will be via Asta Power Project V11.
Responsibilities
- To monitor/develop and report on construction phase works
- To assist tender stage programming
- To obtain all relevant documentation for programme development
- To work closely with Estimator/Bid Manager/Design & Build Manager
- To assist in the training of production (contract) team management
- To analyse and develop construction methodology
- To keep updated on modern methods of construction to assist bid process
Experience Required
- Asta Power Project v11 experience
- Construction based planning experience
- Experience of both live jobs and pre-tender planning
- Degree qualified or equivalent
