Starlink international is a group of services provider in the sectors of Security, Commercial Cleaning, and Shopping Trolley Collection from shopping Centres and Malls.
Project Planner working at all levels over a wide range of Infrastructure and development programmes.
Base degree in civil engineering, and started as a site engineer on my first project in 1997 in the oil & gas sector in south east asia.
Since then I have been involed with universities, hospitals, houseing, retail, commercial aviation, and urban regeneration programmes at either main contractor, client or consultant levels.
• Preparing baseline programs and Schedules including breakdown structure for submission and approval based on contract documents.
• Preparing Engineering & procurement schedule base on the approved baseline program.
• Updating the baseline program, S-curves, Manpower histogram, Cash flows and generating related reports.
• Update and track schedule of resources to meet activities milestones.
