Control Account Planner within the Nimrod MRA4 project for 2.5 years, working within different tiers of the organisation. Roles have included:

WBS, OBS and RAM breakdown

Scheduling of projects lasting upto 5 years with values of over £60M

Monitoring SPI and CPI against baseline

Analysis of EV data and development revised estimates and mitigation plans

Resource allocation and planning

Identifying, Recording and Mitigating risks

Implementing LCM and ELC management by maturity

     Preparation of Master/Baseline/Target schedules for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Work, Procurement Progress Control sheet, Progress Measurement System, Project Weighing System and Defining of Work Steps.

     Regularly reviewing planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced & completed.

     Preparation of Recovery Schedules & critical equipment analysis.
