-Assigned by the Planning Manager to review all KPI’s  reported by the Planning Engineers of each project areas.

-Task given to monitor and control whilst being in replacement and further review by assessing the pinpointed  areas with the concerned project manager.

Provision of a Project Management and Planning Services for the Heathrow Terminal Two MSCP, Structural Ramps, Highways and surrounding Infrastructure. 

• • Co-ordination of overall site utility design, protection, diversion, removal and interfaces.
  • Design and management support and where necessary leadership for the Utility Design co-ordination involved with this project.
  • Undertaking Gap analysis of information received and take necessary steps to obtain missing information

1. Quantitative progress reporting (KPI), S-curves (planned/actual)

2. Earned value methodology for cost/schedule variance

3. Prepare 4 weeks / 3months lookahead schedule

4. Prepare recovery schedule based on updated schedule

5. Submit time impact analysis (T.I.A.) based on site instructions
