Balfour Beatty Group is constructing Heathrow Terminal 2B as part of the reconstruction of Terminal 2 which has been demolished. The Terminal 2 project consists of 3 phases A, B & C of which I am employed on Phase B as part of the Project Controls team which consists of 5 Engineers.

Heathrow Terminal 3 Baggage Reclaim and Immigration Hall Refurbishment

Scheduler tasked to review update schedules and project progress during the life of the project and addressing issues and potential claims. I also developed an Update Specific As-Built Schedule that displayed progress for all aspects of the project across all schedule update periods for claims analysis.

Scheduler developing an as-built schedule and performing contractor schedule reviews for the airport construction and remodel. Responsibilities included reviewing and understanding the Schedule, plans, and specifications then relating them to daily reports to build the As-built schedule.

Scheduler who developed a baseline schedule for the remodel of an aircraft hangar. Responsibilities included reviewing and understanding plans and specifications for the project and then interpreting them into a usable work schedule with a given project duration and start date.
