Role in Construction Law / Dispute Resolution

T
TONY SEWELL 👤 Member for 15 years 9 months

I am interested to direct my career into the area of Construction Law / Dispute Resolution over the coming years, and am wondering what experience / background I would need.

Is it as clear cut as requiring a Construction Law degree or are their any other avenues, What range of opportunites are there in that side of the industry for a Chartered Project Planner?

Any thoughts welcome

Thanks

Tony

Non-Degree Holder as "Scheduling Assistant"

Dear all,

With my limited exposure (Malaysia), I do observe most Planning & Scheduling job requires a Degree.

Some routine task like "updating Actual Dates, actual progress" can be done by "non-degree holder". Is there any organization that has "scheduling assistant", and any sample of Position Description?

I do believe our organization need "scheduling assistant".

Not sure the question above can be understood....
