Hi guys i'm embarking on updating up to 1000 activities. I will have to get the update myself this is company policy. I know for sure that when i get to site i'll be requesting info from the site supervisor and site manager......... who else do u think i've omiited????????????????????? It is a water project. please helpppp????? Will those two give me info i need.

How long will it take to update 1000 activities for example. if done manually. From my experience and calculation
If in 30 secs -------- 1 activity
1 min --------- 2 activities
500 mins--------- 1000 activities
So 500 mins is abt 8h 40minssssss
if web access method is used would you be quicker....... Have you updated 1000 activities in less than 8hrs.....
Physical progress for the engineering phase of a project consists of three levels of indenture as follows:

Start draft (20%)Layout and design completed and actual line work visible.
Kindly advice if the client have the right to request from the contractor to show his resources in the submitted schedule , in case if he hasn't the right how the client or the consultant can evaluate the actual s curve and the EV.

i am working in UAE on a construction project , our contract is lump sump project . There are some items in the BOQ under the heading of provisional sum , there are simple concrete jobs whose rate can be taken from main BOQ , however the client is not agreeing on these rates and delete this item( building) from provisional sum and given to some other contractor
Please can some one advice as per UAE Law they have the right for this

I am working with Primavera P6 v7
I have an activity with many predecessors.
One of this predecessor is a completed activity but is still indicated as a driving one.
Other predecessors didn't start but are not indicated as driving.
I don't understand why. Any clue ?
