Hi,
I'm trying to decompress a PRX file using the restore option in SureTrak. Whenever I click restore the software froze and has a message saying it is not responding. I tried to wait and not close the software but nothing seems to happen. Does anyone know what went wrong?

Morning all,
I have a project with external links to a suppliers project. well I have two to be honest.
On one of them if they change the project number I lose the links and on the other I do not.
My settings are all the same and I can't see any difference in theirs either.
Has anyone any ideas why one would lose them and the other would not?

I was mentioned that I could do elapsed time in Primavera, but I cannot find anything in relation to how to do it.
I have a project which is 95 working days long. I have created another schedule with a different start date and now some acitivites are spread out, but the schedule shows 98 working days. I want to know where the difference is.
I compare with a baseline, because the dates are completely different. But I was told there is a way to compare run time/elapsed time.

I am presently working on preparation of overall EPC schedule. I want to add weights to procurement activities like:
. PO Placement
. Vendor doc. approval
. Manufacturing
. Inspection
. Ex Works
I can calculate weights as per total equipment cost but how to put this in primavera and then measure procuremrnt progress in order to get the S- curve for plan Vs Actual.
Please suggest how to proceed.

I've worked with various Schedule Analytics tools in the past but I feel that some functionality and capabilities are missing. I'm on a Schedule Analytics Software Research mission to find [or develop] a good Scheduling Analytics Software.
So I'm researching for two things:
#1) Is there a good software out there that you all use? [to save some responses; I've used P6 layouts/global changes, Oracle Risk, Schedule Analyzer, XER Tool Kit, Deltek Acumen, Excel, Access, & a few others]
