There is earned value adjustment shall be done in case Of Finishin the activity less than BAC.
let me clarify:
Act A1000 BAC =1,000,000 U.S.D ACT ST 01-DEC-15 ACT FS 30-DEC-15 Finished at 500,000 U.S.D
Options:
1- updae 100% and actual dates -impact showing EV=1,000,000 INSTEAD OF 500,000
2- Update 50% ,actual start and ETC=0 - Impact Showing the activity in progress ehile in reality it has been finished

I want to filter only those activities having EVEN (Multiple of 2) original duration throughout the schedule. Can someone give me the trick for that kind of filter or grouping?

It happens regularly that a Contractor starts work on a letter of award and some time later he signs the contract.
It also happens that in the mean time things have changed in respect of changes to both time and money.
The Top Man signing has not been told that he is waiving his rights to claims for money and / or time.
Ignorance is not Bliss.

I have made this program where i wanna calculate the manhours per month for various resources, now i look at the group total for budgeted labor hours column and i was able to see that it was showing 113191h but when i tried to input individual manhours from Resource usage spreadsheet or from resource assignment tab the manhours are showing as 113037h which is like 162h difference, can someone tell me why there is a difference? numbers are different in different places..any how that i can make it match? TIA
