I want the actual units of a certain (Labor) Type resource and not the actual units of the combination of resources allocated to the activities to update the UNITS % COMPLETE . e.g., for a given task, i have two types of resources allocated to it, one of type LABOR and the other of the type NONLABOR..my question : can the UNITS % COMPLETE be only updated based on the quantities of the LABOR type only resource?

Hi,
I guess there is no forum for Vico Control, so I just posted this here.
I am trying out Vico Control in demo mode and I am having this difficulty, I cannot modify/create a new dependency between locations within a task.
Can any one explain me what is "Progress Measurement Gate"... My Consultant sent me the comment as to "Provide Progress Measurement Gate for both Engineering & Construction"..

Now I put up a question like this in a road construction program i take one activity say earthworks:
Activity Unit Qty
Earthwork Cum 10000
Now I calculate the Output of Team as 100 Cum/Hours (say) considering Grader as driving resource.
Total Duration in hours:

Hi can anyone suggest how to monitor works on site by hours? Im using Primavera version 6.7.
Example : inside primavera program we plan to work for 12 hours (7pm to 7am) but actual at site we only can access site in
various hours. sometime we only can work from 8-10 hours per day. Now i need to monitor lost hours on daily
basis. How to show da impact of those 3 or for hours lost time in primavera?
