Can somebody give me the of the activities and WBS requirements for vessel drain piping fabrication project, what kind of report is needed from the planner. am new in this area I've been mandated to provide the plan.
Please somebody help it is urgent!
The Work field shows the total amount of time scheduled on a task for all assigned resources, the total amount of time to which a resource is scheduled on all assigned tasks, or the total amount of time scheduled for a resource on a task. The time-phased versions of these fields show values distributed over time.
The above definition of work is from MS Project, similar to the definition used by many other scheduling software.

I am looking for standard man hours related to the high rise building design. I am working for a building company that won the bid for a tower (38 floors). We need to transform the bid drawings in building drawings but we are late and actually we don't know how many architects, engineers and cad drawing should work for it.

I’m new in primavera. I just want to ask why is it that when I execute Update Progress in P6 the Actual Progress Duration will go back to each Original Duration, same as Baseline, even if the Actual Progress Duration is different from Baseline …Are there steps I miss?
Note that: I have already loaded it with resources and created already a baseline. Can anyone help me?
