I have good experience in buildings.But want to shift to oil and gas field as plenty of opportunities are there in oil and gas.

Dear Friends
I am facing a problem in P6. When I select Started & Finished Box in Status Window. The Early Start & Early Finish Dates automatically change to the Data date. Due to this problem I cannot show the Activity % complete in the Gantt Chart.
Please help me Find the answer.
