Hi All,
Can anybody clarify the document that outlines and determines what makes up a schedule level? ie. Level 3 Schedule or Level 4 schedule. Is there an industry standard?

It feels as though I have learnt 2 years of planning skills in 2 days reading through these forums, so I thought I would try my luck with another query.
In resource assignments I am trying to ascertain % complete instead of units using resource assignments. for example I currently have a bulk ew material resource, the resource assignment then allows me to see how many units (bcm) will be expended over time however I want to see % of remaining. I am currently using excel to do the spreading. I am expecting something like the top table, instead of the qtys on the bottom.

Hi All,
I am having some issues with budgeted qtys/actual qtys/ remaining qtys.
My example is a simple one, I have an activity - Open Drain Lining. I have added a material resource and assigned a total qty of 710sqm. The task itself has now started and is now expected to take 2x a long. This is were my problem kicks in, my budgeted qty now increases and the actual/remainig units are out of whack. I have tried several activity types to no avail.

Hi people,
Is there any straight forward formula to calculate the tower crane hook times, including the down time of the crane.
So far I have for 50 hours / week production duration is equal to 35 hours / week crane production. Is my assumption correct?
