Does anyone know of a way to identify Relationship LOGIC TYPE (as distinct from ordinary Relationship Type; FS,SS....)

I have received a shcedule from Contractor for review with activties having very high float like 260 days, 120 etc........same like free flaot is very high. Its 16 months project .
Is there any standard practice limit for activities could assign free float, total float or lag in schedule.
Also if I am reducing the duration of critical activties the mechanical completion date is going beyond the project mechanical completion date despit it shall be completed before,.....
Dear all,
In a schedule that I used the same calendar for all the activities I experienced the fact that for some activities on critical path the late dates were earlier than the early dates.
e.g. ES:1-MAR-2014 LS:28-FEB-2014 late start one day before the early start, while what I expected was to happen the same day 1MAR2014.
Any ideas?

it there any free sources such as Rawlinsons construction handbook online.
If not, how can you get the labour or machine constant values to estimate the activity duration when the BoQ is ready.

Dear All,
I am presetly preparing Level 3 schedule for a EPC Project in Malaysia.I have to add the Local/Govt regulations and work permits required in to the schedule.As of now,I have only around 10 work permits listed in the schedule,which is very high level.
Does anyone know the detail work permit requiement and the sequence to be followed in the schedule preparation.
