i have assigned material resource to an acitivity and when am updating both physical and duration % complete works fine but not unit complete %

Recently i had a look at the MSc- Strategic Planning at Edinburgh Business School. I am post graduate with Construction Engineering and Management as specialistion and Civil Engineering degree as my graduate course.
If anyone of you have done this course please share your experiences.
