I have been using Primavera for a while, but never used the visualizer before. I wanted to give it a try. Either I start inside from P6 or from Windows. Available projects list is always empty. Do you know any specific reason or any solution for my problem.

Hi friends, My MSP Schedule is matched with P6 schedule in terms of duration, Pre & Suc, leads & Lags, resources, calendar. Without leveling the resource, the both MSP and P6 is matched 100%. When enabling the level resource option in Both, P6 dates are not matching with MSP. I need P6 has to match with MSP. Because, MSP is finalized with client. I need to find which option to be enabled in P6 in order to keep the date matched with P6. I am breaking my head for past 2 weeks. Please give me a hint to resolve this. if require, I shall share the files to check the issues.

I have the following issue regarding how Primavera calculates lag between activities depending on the "Calendar for scheduling Relationships Lag":
I have inherited a programme that has been set to calculate lag with the 24 Hours Calendar. That programme uses 3 kinds of calendars for different activities:
This programme is 3 years long programme with around 4000 activities, therefore we only want to meassure durations in days.

When i import Xer file , the data is imported , how when i schedule it again without making any changes , the dates change
Please advise how can i avoid , as i observe that calender used in import schedule are not in my p6

I have a project having 12-15 units which are given to different-different contractors for maintenance activities.
Now, they have been requested to load their resources in their own project which i have sent them in xer format. After they are done, they will send me back so that i could merge them in my schedule.
