When should be the data date/cut-off date for Impact Programme

The contract completion date for our project has already passed. But due to some delays (our own delay and client's delay) and additional works (which cannot be linked to any of the contract works since these are independent to the original scope), we haven't finish the project yet. I was asked to make an impact programme to show the delays we encountered and the probable completion date of the project. My question is, when should be the data date for the impact programme? At the original contract completion date? At the latest update of the baseline programme?

Delay Analysis or Time Impact Analysis (TIA)

Hi Planners,

I need your advise for this matter. The Contractor has been lapsed for their Contractual completion date but the project remain incomplete (XX% complete) which difinitely requires Extension of Time to complete the outstanding works. The delay is a direct results of Force Majeure including delay matters from both Contractor and Owner. Consequently, Contractor applies for an extension of time, but no level III program has been submitted. They intent to submit the program upon approval of the 1 year EOT.

Imposition of milestones within NEC Option C

N
Neil Coker 👤 Member for 15 years 7 months

We have a situation where we have been instructed to accelerate works to meet a new milestone date but the Client has specifically noted that the Key Date has not changed (the Key Date is next year and the new milestone is before Christmas this year). In addition, this has not been instructed under Cl 36 "Acceleration"  but under Cl 60 "Compensation Events" . As defined under Cl 61.1 we have started the work and issued the quotation and programme to the Client.
