Dear Mike/Experts,
I need to show 'holiday' text on bar chart. I use text annonation but could not align the text vertically. Further I could on find any orientation option to show it verticllay. How can I align the text vertically in asta? Please give me solution of that.

How to make duration in round figure? I have duration column in days. In which few duration are showing as 1d 30min and 2d 2h. I need to change these durations in round figure as 1d and 2d in the whole column. How to do that? Any tip?

I'm not sure if this is possible (I've not come across it in other software) but I live in hope so I thought I'd ask people who are more knowledgable than I am with Asta....
What I would like to know is whether the following scenario is possible in Powerproject (and if so, how to do it):
I have all the cost information for the project that I am currently working on and, as expeted, the information relates only to the very high level programme.
All,
when I press f9 for re-scheduling, circle spins but no progress periods appear on which I do reschedule.
Where these progress periods hide during pressing F9.
Please Help.

I have saved different views and filters in my project. What is the easiest way to import/transfer all these saved views and filters to another project to save my time?

I have a spreadsheet, with milestone dates on that the boss wants putting into Powerproject. Theres several headings such as "name", "Value", Status" as well as the dates.
Im trying to make my own user defined fields for the headings. I have created them under "User Field Manager" and selecting "bar" and "String". Nno problem there.
But when I add the columns onto the programme, nothing will appear in the column when I type unless I put in a token bar on the chart side. How can I make my writing appear please? Are there any

I'm currently trying to put together a template programme for a particular project where the data is being gathered in a rather cumbersome Excel document.
At the moment, I'm trying to build a code library so that I can make the transfer of data between Excel and Powerproject as painless as possible as there is a lot to group and sort (I'm hoping that I can create a suitable template to gather the data in the format that I want etc. etc.) but I digress....
Can you please help me?
I have a Gantt chart with a Baseline and fully logic linked but as i record actual start and actual finish along with overall percentage complete the periods change, as they should. however i need to record progress not just against the view or table that im in, I need to record progress against the baseline.
When I try to use a UDF for consumable/permanent resource in the formula , I get an error message saying - "The formula refers to a UDF or UDT that does not exist . ." in the status bar of the formula dailog.
But the UDF exists and I am able to enter the values of the UDF in the library explorer/spreadsheet. Also the UDF is in the dropdown list of fields in the formula dailog.
