Deputed as Leed Planner to set up the Planning Division and to do the Level-1 & Level-2 planning.
Worked as Planning Head for a project worth US$ 92 mn. The Project was 11.4km long Elevated Metro Rail Project.

• Create models and frameworks to make work smoother and faster
Worked as Planning Head for this project worth US$ 88 mn. This will be the longest flyover (11.66 KMs viaduct) in India. The construction scope includes
• 11.66 Kms Elevated Corridor (with segmental precast post tensioned prestressed girders)
• Six Nos Up and Down Ramps
• One Underpass (62m length) at Aram Ghar Junction
• One Trumpet Interchange at shamshabad for easy connectivity to Hyderabad International Airport
A residential - 18 Storey project worth Rs. 100 Crore at Gurgaon which comprises :
9 Towers of 18 storey each, with Double basement & Two Pent Houses using Light weight aluminum shuttering (Mivan)
Responsibilities performed :
• Planning & Monitoring of whole Project, Preparing macro & micro level plans on Primavera P5.
• Costing & analysis of Cost Vs Sales of the project during the month.

The key experiences that I gained during this time is as follows:
• Project Planning and Co-ordination for NHPC TEESTA HYDRO POWER PROJECT in west Bengal. Analysis of DPR’s MPR’s and also co-ordination with mechanical department in regarding solution of plant and machinery problems for effective project management.
Learned about open excavation, drilling, pilling, open raft foundation, casting yard, Concrete batching and transiting, pier and cap casting. Quality controls on construction site.
