I was a management trainee with PMO and ERP Department
The key experiences that I gained during this time is as follows:
• Project Planning and Co-ordination for NHPC TEESTA HYDRO POWER PROJECT in west Bengal. Analysis of DPR’s MPR’s and also co-ordination with mechanical department in regarding solution of plant and machinery problems for effective project management.
• Project Planning and Co-ordination for Tsunami Re-construction in Srilanka. Client – USAID (Govt. of United States)
• Development of a web based application for better site co-ordination of projects to enhance the planning and monitoring systems for MIS and ERP department and PMO cell.
• Monitoring and coordinating 26 Project Packages of eastern zone.
• Organizing and coordinating training program on project management softwares (Microsoft Project & Primavera) and ERP systems.
• Planning, scheduling and estimating for new projects.
