I am a registered Philippine civil engineer in 1978 and exposure is in vertical construction and municipal piping.  Experience is in estimating and field construction.  In 2001, I migrated to Canada and presently working in Alberta oilsand with a heavy civil construction company doing open pit mining for Suncor Energy. My experience is further enhanced in the field of scheduling, estimating and project control, all using heavy computer applications using state-of-the-art software as applied to the construction industry.
