Responsibilities to review and prepare EPC contract of power plant master schedule, progress measurement and progress report to management including contractor level-4 schedule integration, to review and advise action required for recovery schedule to contractors

Coordinating Basic Communication with Client and Subcontractor.

Maintain Incoming and Outgoing Formal Letter from and to Client.

Monitoring Monthly Progress Report from Subcontractor.

AS PIPING SUPERVISOR (TESTING CO-ORDINATOR)

Major Responisibilities

I.     Fabrication & Erection of Process & Utility Piping.

II.     Preparation and approval of test packs. (1127 Nos).

III.     Preparation of schedule for testing.

IV.     Conduct the hydro / pneumatic tests, flushing & air blowing.

V.     Supervision of Punch killing work.

Schedule Control and Progress Monitoring, Critical Path Analysis, Delay Analysis.
