- Currently, given a task to create Master Program for Program Management (KEO acting as client representative of ADM) for Khalifa City A & B. The scope covers the development of the Master Plan from Initiation, Program Management Planning, Master Plan (Design to Constructions) and the allocation of the Budget cost. Continuous coordination works with the MP Team in terms of monitoring and control for any approved change modification

• Provided strategic schemes to easily and accurately consolidate information from subcontractors, site agents, construction people, etc., for use in updates, analysis and reporting.
• Designed on-the-fly reports, such as cost loadings, earned value, resource histogram and etc., extracted from data in the Primavera 6 using external application
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the pre and post construction activities for the PMCM (Project management & Construction Mangement Department). Reviewing and evaluation of Design, Tender and Construction program submissions. Monitoring and coordinating to ensure that work remains on schedule. Overseeing, recording and reporting of actual project progress versus the planned work milestones. Advising and assisting the design consultants and contractor in the development of the work programs.
Responsible for running the full service of planning for Al Wakrah Stadium Precinct Project, the proposed venue up to quarter finals for the Qatar, 2022 FIFA World Cup and Confederation Gulf Cup within KEO’s Project Management and Construction Management remit.
