Over the Past 3.5 Years, I have gained experience in Construction Planning and Program development understanding and received advanced training in the use of the Primavera software associated to the project. Advancing in knowledge of Earned Value; the methods of obtaining Earned Value from construction involving data acquisition and observation analysis; has implemented the monthly reporting for earned value defining cost and schedule performances and project controls procedure for Variance analysis reporting to Management.
Maintaining and updating of Schedules through communication with site personnel & management and site observations to determine target dates to meet schedule requirements.
Develop schedule baseline and time phased budget. Implementing Cost performance reporting system based on EVM (Earned value Management).
20 years experience as a Planner in Australia and UK. 7 years in Telecommunications (wireless) and 10 years construction experience in various sectors (Hydro, Water, Building, Transportation). Considerable experience of Primavera software through project work and from an earlier role in training and consulting for Primavera Systems in Australia across many different market sectors.
