Senior Planner working on Package E of the Regional Rail Link running west from Melbourne. Package includes 25km of new track, 2 new stations and a number of structures.

Project planning, control and monitoring of work progress. Preparing progress reports and ensuring milestones are met.
Preparation of QMR for performance monitoring
Preparation of project resources and manning forecast.
Preparation of recovery programme.
Preparation of Extension of Time claims.
Acting as cost engineer in preparation of monthly claims.
