Integrate Clough design and Bill of quantities data into John Holland/Leighton’s CATS estimating system and convert CATS estimating system into Primavera schedule for tender in such a manner that the estimate and schedule balance by area, units of measure and cost.
Guide the development and Implementation of Western region Project Control Procedures ensuring compatibility with Company and Industry Best Practice
Provide Support to the Regional Business Unit for projects throughout their lifecycle, tender, delivery and handover.
Provide Support and training to Planners in the Region.
Monitors, controls and reports on project progress and forecasts for project management & client review using earned value management.
Interfacing with the client and sub-contractors in various disciplines such as Civils, track and Systems Counterpart with regards to
