Responsible for the developing, monitoring and presenting of the following:

                              

     Major Milestone report for the project.

     Level 1 Monthly report.

     Level 2 Monthly reports.

     Level 3 Master schedule for Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing / Fabrication, Construction & Cold/Wet Commissioning.

     Level 4 Engineering schedule (3D modelling).

Tati Activox Nickel Project (US $2,1 Billion)

I am part on the managment JV-team on the rail expansion project for transnet (client). I am responsible for measuring progress against baseline schedules submitted by the principal & sub-contractors, acceptence or rejection of the schedules submitted. Reports, S-curves and grafical presentations of progress and costs.

EPCM hours forecasting and updates

Generate and update budgets

Forecasting project cash flows

Develop and analyze trends and statistics

Change Management (NEC3 Compensation Events)

Prepare monthly cost report

Providing cash flow estimates for Client’s Capex budgets

Preparing estimates for Transnet Capex Committee

Escalation Calculation

Tracking Forex exposure

Ad-hoc reporting to the client
