Costain

The key responsibilities are the management of the IMP (Integrated Management Plan) including derived reports and performance indicators from P6 and TILOS. Revision and restructuring of the IMP reports to achieve a greater acceptance/integration of the Planning function within the MAC environment.

2013 – 2015 Current works – Costain - London Bridge Station Revelopment (as part of the Thames link programme worth £6.5 Billion):
I currently work for Costain at London Bridge Station Redevelopment, since working here I have experienced planning for civil works undertaken by Costain (otherwise known as self-delivery works) and Early works such as demolition, piling and drainage (which have been part self-delivery and part subcontracted).
I do both short term and long term planning.

Tender and project planner worked on tenders for 12 years then became Head of Planning and then went to work on Diamond Synchrotron project at Didcot which was a major scientific project.

Production, monitoring and updating of Contract Programme, incorporating change and associated metrics

Planning manager for Nuclear EPC contracts.  Role  involves forecating completion costs and dates.  Also preparing Client reports.
