Oversee the Project Controls Dept including staff of 27 people for the NY Metro region. Develop policy, procedure and guidance on the project controls implementation. Develop new business focused on project controls for new as well as existing clients. Promote AECOM's project controls capabilities by giving presentations related to project controls best practices, Earned Value Management, Forensic Schedule and cCaims and Analysis, and Enterprise - Wide implementation.
