Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning function of the all work packages included in the turnaround scope.
• Prepare work packages which include scope of work, schedule, required resources , equipment , materials , blinds list, P & ID, equipment assembly & general arrangement drawings, Work Instructions, JSA etc.
• Conducting site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work, access needed, lifting requirements etc.
• Identify turnaround activities, estimate resources, durations, establish precedence, as the main input for the scheduling.
• Work closely with the execution contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan
• Work along with Material Planner and Warehouse personnel to do the Bag and Tag of the material requested for each Work Order, as part of the Pre-Turnaround activities.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining the detailed job plan data, (job steps, logic, resources, etc.) into Primavera 6 to develop the Turnaround Master Schedule.
• Responsible for performing schedule analysis to ensure that the process and procedures detailed in the Turnaround Work Scheduling Process have been applied
• Integration of various subcontractors schedule in Primavera – P6
• Issuing the required schedule and resource reports from Primavera
• Preparing and distributing the look-ahead reports for the daily scheduling meetings
• Prepare progress reports which includes S – Curves, histograms, look ahead schedule etc.
Project Synopsis: Installation and Commissioning of Compressors, FPSO Modules, Topside Platforms.
