- Maintenance Team Lead with the following roles & responsibilities:
- Review and selection the operational spare parts, assigning O&M qty’s, min/max levels and Oracle catalogue numbers.
- Ensure CMMS is developed with hierarchy, job plans etc. and provide equipment list and PMR’s to the Oracle team for uploads.
- Review of maintenance procedures.
- Develop maintenance and operations related contracts.
- Chair the maintenance bi-weekly maintenance safety meetings.
- Assigning maintenance tasks to the maintenance work force and lead them towards achieving the company KPI’s i.e.
- Ensure all spares and consumables are available to ensure flawless plant commissioning and continuous operations,
- Eequipment are maintained/repaired to high standards and that history is up to date through CMMS,
- Condition monitoring and data gathering for rotating equipment.
