Project: Gautrain Rapid Rail Link, Client: Gautrain Johannesburgh
Responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for producing resourced, time phased schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on target.
The initial setting up of project plans for tendering (Subcontractors)
Subsequent monitoring and control of the program using critical path analysis and
earned value management.
Advice and support engineering and projects on using: Work Breakdown Structures; Project planning techniques; Critical path analysis.
Implement Scope of Work into Integrated Plan for Underground Section and rail stations (tunnelling, shafts, park area, stations: design, procurement & construction phases) for civil and mechanical.
Identify interface issue and dependencies for construction phase.
