Senior planning engineer at Heerema Marine Contractors, an offshore contractor.
Responsibilities:
Set up Baseline schedules for new projects or tender schedules for Tenders
Maintain update of schedule during the project execution; develop Master Planning into Detailed planning according WBS
Ensure any potential delays are highlighted to the Project Manager, and advice where to take corrective actions to project team members
Set up the reporting formats and graphs for the Project according to the Project’s scope of work.
Close liaison with different departments to monitor project progress and obtain accurate feedbacks.
Ensure that all productive man-hours are logged to the proper CTR (cost –time-resources)
Maintain quality of level 2 and 3 Integrated schedules.
