Partner with existing project teams to facilitate a standardized PMO approach to planning, scheduling and monitoring projects performance. Improve the bottom line, reducing risk and drive value-based process advancements.

-       Implement projects plans that incorporate best practices for scope, critical path, milestones and baseline adherence to effectively communicating the projects progress.

-       Coach in seat project leads/managers with skills to successfully organize and deliver non-GMP projects.

-       Develop MS Project schedules, to implement projects plans utilizing best practices for scope, critical path, milestones and baseline adherence to effectively communicating the projects progress.
