- I have been given responsiblity of Project planner for planning and sechduling activities including project control system design and implementation , scope study,man-hour /duration estimation and overall EPC sechdule development.
- Preparation of detailed work Breakdown structure and organization chart preparation for site management,Resource estimation and delpoyment plan preparation and actual update/monitoring.
- Progress Database design,update ,critical path analysis,schedule update and forecast completion , s curve development , update & Progress varriance analysis for management.
- This Project involve expansion & augmentation of existing refinery to provied feed.
- Preparing the Tie-Ins schedule
