- Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float.
- Partner with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project shcedules and or capital cost estimates,
- Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements.
- Monitor hours and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting,
- Make and revise general work program for client.
- Make, control, revise internal work program,
- Supervise on manhours, material consumption and activity dates.
- Preparing weekly actual and 2 week look ahead program.
- Preparing 2 week Cost Value Reconciliation Report (CVR)
- Update and reschedule of programs by Primavera P6 15.1
