Project Manager of Flexible pipes manufacturing and onshore/offshore services, in charge of managing the project execution phase after the contract issuance, holding the Kick-off meeting with all the areas involved and following up the scope, time and cost activities with the project indicators, from the detailing engineering to the Load out. I also made the interface between the client and internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, etc in accordance to PMBOK, T & C of the Contract and company goals and strategies.
