• Setup projects initial baseline scope and Create progress measurements Plan. • Setup Baseline schedule and communicate client to review and approve it. • Monitor and prepare projects progress weekly wise. • Monitor and present Man-hours and cost expended Weekly Wise. • Analyze Project Trends and delays and produce weekly analyses and recommendations to Recover progress and save cost and man-hours. • Update projects schedule weekly wise. • Prepare details and Comprehensive schedule for Engineering, Procurements and Construction which will be Man-hours loaded and meeting all PMI Requirements and Recommendations. • Prepare three weeks look ahead Forecast schedules. • Prepare Recovery schedules in case of delay.
