  • Establish and build the Estimating department

  • Identify and/or define all incoming estimates and  data sources and techniques for engineering and construction estimating and lead estimating staff with those estimates for work on 75% of Alberta's Utility Grid

  • Effectively coordinate inputs and deliverables with other disciplines such as Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Asset, Operations and Field Services Teams.
