- Prepare the program of works according to the technologies and data from the Technical Department using Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera P6, Tilos 8);
- Project analyses in terms of time, resources allocation and costs;
- Project planning and scheduling;
- Monitor the project progress and evaluation, based on site journals and data from the execution department;
- Site visits to follow the progress of activities;
- Submit the program of works to the beneficiary in accordance with sub-clause 8.3 of the general conditions of the FIDIC contract;
- Prepare various analysis and reports for the Management upon request;
- Comply with the standards of the Group.
