Further to recent advertisement on Planning Planet, please find attached my latest resume in persuasion of the Senior Project Controls Manager role. Currently I am leading the full programming team including the external advisors for North West Rail Link, which is the largest transport infrastructure project in Australia. This role includes managing all aspects of program and time management including advise all team members on time management, the development of a master program; high level executive program; programming protocol; time contingency; program review; EVMS; organisation-wide WBS/CBS and tender program evaluation.
I need couple of things to clarify :
- Reporting structure and line of reporting?
- Strategic stakeholder relationship mapping?
- Will the role allow me to leverage my overall exposure and experience to the organisation with similar capacity?
- Will there be enough challenges and dynamics in the project environment?
