Responsibilities
- Provide project management supporting activities including planning, development & implementation of the project schedule and regular follow up.
- Coordinate, review and approve the corrective actions and recovery plans undertaken to optimize the occurred delay in order to correctly drive and lead the progress to ensure project completion in a timely & costly manner.
- Following proposed and actual change management and anticipated cost or time extension claims.
- Having a complete and intense understanding and involvement with BOQ including cost , quantities and specifications for all divisions and subdivisions which where all represented in this project
