Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Main Contractor’s program as per the project scope and requirements.
- Preparation of Monthly/Weekly Client Reports, Internal reports and Management Reports.
- Review and Approval of S/C Programs for trades such as MEP, Façade, Lift, BMU etc.
- Resource and Cost loading for programs as per BOQ.
- Assessment of Time Impacts for EOTs and ROMs.
- Prepare and update different programs in weekly and Monthly basis.
- Attend progress meetings for Client, Internal and Sub-Contractors.
- Co-ordinate with various departments such as Commercial, Procurement, Design, Execution for optimum progress monitoring and identification of potential delays and implementing mitigation measures.
