RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily, weekly & Monthly Progress Reports
· Projects Monitoring, Analysing Environments & Various Sites for systematic solution
· Extensions of time claim
· Prepare consultant & client progress presentation
· Prepare plans and schedules for all project delivery
· Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports
· Material procurement log
· Ensuring compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding
· Assist with maintaining performance measures for productivity
· Preparing recovery plans, look ahead plans (two weeks, one month look ahead)
· Advise and assist all parties of the plans
· Preparing of manpower histogram & S-curve
· Records projects meetings and circulate minutes of meeting
· Keep in track all on-going activities from a planning perspective
· Carry out project planning and scheduling activities using primavera project planner
· Estimating activities durations and required manpower
· Resource & Cost Loading
· Preparation of tender programs of works
