Planning & Project management:

·         Prepare project charter and project management plan (Scope, Time, Cost & Risk Plan) using MS project and Primavera P6.

·         Create WBS and WBS dictionary, activities and relation between activities, S-curve and cash flow and manpower Histogram.

·         Create the Daily, Weekly & Project Management Monthly report.

·         Coordinate with sites engineers to collect data to update the time and cost plan.

·         Monitor and control projects by using earned value analysis  

·         Using crashing technique for critical activates to minimize the project time and project cost.

·         Create the EOT “Extension Of Time Claim”
