Involved Project’s: - MPAC Project Ras laffan (Steel Structures and Tensile Fabric Structures), Qatar University Phase 2 & 3 (Car parking shade & Walk way shade), Barwa City Phase -1, Package 3 – The Amenities Zones (Steel structures) and etc…
· Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using Primavera 6.
· Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
· Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
· Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
· Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software – Primavera6 and submitting to the Management, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.
· Attend all progress meeting to discuss the progress and condition of frame time of project.
· Updating the project manager for all critical priority works.
· Report for priority and critical activities.
· Analysis for the sequence of works.
· Preparing Method of statement for work
· Apart from planning I am also responsible for complete project coordination between our team, Client and the Main Contractor. The project coordination has helped our company to solve many critical issues on right time.
