- Comparison of baseline schedule with current schedule
- Evaluation of forecast cost and forecast duration using a earn value method
Development of Report & Graphics :-
- Calculating the actual project progress percentage achieved on a month to month basis and comparing with a planned progress. ie preparing a 'S' Curve.
