Tomasz Andreasik was responsible, as external consultant, for developing strategic projects supervision processes.

Main responsibilities:

·         identification of the projects

·         designing the projects supervision process

·         designing the project reporting process

·         delivered training for 12 project advisors

Tomasz is co-author of the book “Project Management for Advisory Boards in public companies”. The book has been delivered to the Ministry and has been a base for developed processes.
