Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Execution and Progress monitoring.
Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.
Prepared weekly Pour Plan and Submitting to the Construction Manager.
Co-ordinated with QA/QC inspectors during inspection.
Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly Progress Reports for Senior Management.
Verification of invoices & claims raised by contractor.
